Will Harper come out Swinging?

A CBC news item today got me thinking about Harper's strategy (agenda). Could it be that he is banking on the other parties not having any stomach for another election in the near future?

Will that mean he plans to come out of the block swinging instead of slow and cautious? Perhaps he knows this may be his brief moment in the sun and he intends to make the best of it.

Instead of waiting for the Liberals to regroup or a majority mandate next election, maybe he will go for the jugular now.

Should be interesting.
